Billy is a seasoned management with experience in IT management and project management.

Billy who was a Project Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure in insurance company offering IT services to over 700 staffs & 2000 sales agents (Financial advisor) in multiple office locations. He successfully managed and delivered many multi-million dollars projects. As a result, he is being selected to be one of the HiPro member in the leadership program. This program is aim for top performer to boost their career development.

Billy who was the Group IT manager in a fast growing financial services listed group company now. His team to providing IT service to the consortium which is acting as a change agent to bring the right innovative business solutions which helps the organization and operational efficiencies. It helps those companies to stay ahead of the fierce competition in the Financial Service Industry (FSI) sector.

Billy who was the Director in a strongest China-invested banks in overseas markets. He successfully managed and delivered many key projects. He also manage the operation team from time to time during past few years.
