I have over 20 years experience with a Big 4 accounting firm and a leading financial service conglomerate as well as regulatory experience, and completed an MBA at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST).

I have managed working teams of different sizes and at different stages of maturity; and I have actively participated in the monitoring of corporate governance development for insurance and asset management entities in Hong Kong and 8 Asian countries. I am also experienced in the due diligence process for corporate acquisition and pre-IPO audit projects.
