Andrew Chan is a seasoned internal audit and risk leadership professional with over 20 years of global experience across regulated financial services, telecom and critical infrastructure sectors. He has built and led internal audit and risk management functions at CLP Power and PCCW/HKT Group, and founded a specialised cyber risk consulting firm, with early career roots at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, he currently serves as Governor of the Institute of Internal Auditors Hong Kong and Chair of FinEx Club’s Risk and Governance Committee.
