Membership is intended for senior financial executives, high-net-worth individuals, and emerging entrepreneurs who meet our professional criteria. You represent that you are of legal age and possess the authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Membership Accounts and Responsibilities
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. FinEx Club reserves the right to verify credentials and may decline applications at our sole discretion to maintain the elite nature of the network.
3. Use of Website and Content
Our website and its content are provided for professional informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, harvest member data for solicitation, or attempt to disrupt the platform's security. Unauthorized use of our digital assets may result in immediate suspension of access.
4. Events, Programs, and Third-Party Partners
FinEx Club curates exclusive events and programs. Participation may be subject to additional specific rules. We often collaborate with third-party partners; while we select them carefully, we are not responsible for their independent services or products. Attendance at events is at the member's own risk.
5. Fees, Payments, and No Guarantees
Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. While FinEx Club provides a platform for strategic networking, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, investment returns, or partnership results from your membership.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including research papers, logos, and proprietary data produced by the Academic or Innovation Boards, are the intellectual property of FinEx Club. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal professional growth but may not redistribute them without written consent.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
FinEx Club provides its services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our network events.
8. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate our code of conduct or these terms. Members may cancel their membership at any time, subject to the notice periods defined in their specific plan agreement.
9. Changes to the Terms
FinEx Club may modify these terms occasionally to reflect evolving legal or business standards. We will notify members of significant changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Contact Details
