This position plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction, conducting financial and industry assessments, preparing forecasts, and driving key projects and initiatives assigned by senior leadership. Responsibilities - Lead initiatives focused on streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and transforming workflows to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. - Oversee the development, validation, and enhancement of financial models, including analyses of financial performance and cost of capital. - Work closely with both internal teams and external partners throughout project cycles, taking responsibility for model development, valuation analyses, coordination of tasks, and preparation of documentation required for periodic audits, annual audits, and due‑diligence exercises conducted by auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions. - Prepare, review, and provide feedback on information memoranda and other materials related to key projects or major transactions. - Conduct research and analytical work such as industry studies, benchmarking, and assessments of business performance. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards, relevant statutory requirements, and the organization’s internal control standards. - Formulate, evaluate, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and standard operating processes. - Promote strong risk awareness and drive sound risk management practices across finance and business operations. - Lead or support functional areas including FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Treasury, Channel Operations, and Sales as needed. - Champion transformation efforts by integrating processes, systems, and data to boost productivity, strengthen compliance, and enable scalable operations. Qualifications and Qualifications: ​- 8-25 years experience, Big-4 + Commercial (Prefer US/Mainland China Tech with High-Growth and/or Semiconductor Corporation). - Pure Commercial or Big-4 candidate with outstanding track record or expertise in specific area would also be considered. - Experience in public company (US prefer). - IPO/Due Diligence strong experience is a must (Corporate prefer, Big-4 still good) - Experience in internal control or internal audit (e.g. US SOX/J-SOX, Big-4 or corporate) - Deep expertise in full cycle operation and/or finance function, manufacturing/electronic/semiconductor industry - CPA, ACCA or AICPA - Optional: knowledge in SAP - Good in English and Mandarin
