Doris Kuo is a seasoned finance and consulting professional with over 30 years of cross-sector experience across securities services, wealth management, risk and financial control, spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China and broader APAC markets. She previously held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Securities Services, HSBC and Manulife, with deep expertise in client relationship management, business transformation and regulatory compliance. A Fellow CPA of HKICPA, she holds SFC Type 1, 4 & 9 licences, MPF and insurance qualifications, and currently provides fiduciary and business transformation consulting for family offices and financial institutions.

 

With 25 years of mentoring experience and over 100 past mentees, Doris provides holistic guidance covering career planning, professional skill development, job placement support, and soft skill building including interpersonal communication and stress management. She works with mentees across all levels from university students to early-career finance professionals, with a practical, results-oriented coaching approach.
