Dicky Lee is a seasoned finance and operations executive with nearly 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning audit, corporate finance, global business expansion and business transformation. He currently serves as CFO & Head of Operations at EXI/Elitestek Semiconductor Group, and previously held Group CFO roles at multi-billion-dollar multinational manufacturing groups, with early career at Deloitte specialising in HK/US IPOs and SOX compliance. A Fellow Member of ACCA and HKICPA, he holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia University, and sits on the ACCA Hong Kong Council.
