Damien Han is the Head of Sales for Asia-Pacific (APAC) at MKS PAMP, one of the world’s most respected precious metals refiners, traders, and mints. Based in Hong Kong, Damien joined the company in October 2025, a strategic appointment that reflects MKS PAMP’s commitment to deepening its presence across Asia and strengthening Hong Kong’s role as a global trading hub.
With almost 30 years of industry expertise, Damien is recognized for his deep understanding of global precious metals markets, spanning commercial strategy, trading, risk management, client engagement, and market development. Prior to joining MKS PAMP, he served as Head of Precious Metals Sales – Greater China at ICBC Standard Bank, based in Singapore, where he supported market participants across the entire bullion value chain and held multiple senior roles tracing back to Standard Bank Group as Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Trading, where he managed global trading books, executed trades across various exchanges, and provided market insights and advisory services to institutional clients worldwide. His earlier experience includes trading and sales roles at HSBC and Republic National Bank of New York, building a strong foundation across regional and international markets.
Academically, Damien holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Hull and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Banking) from Nanyang Technological University, where he also held several leadership and community roles.
As a guest speaker, Damien brings a unique combination of global market perspective, frontline trading experience, and strategic leadership. His insights into APAC market dynamics, global liquidity flows, and the evolving role of precious metals—both as financial instruments and strategic assets—make him a respected voice among industry leaders, policymakers, and institutional market participants.
In his current role, he leads MKS PAMP’s APAC sales strategy and client engagement, championing collaborative partnerships and innovative approaches that advance the precious metals ecosystem across the region.
Ken (Kin Tai) Cheung

Ken Cheung is a highly recognised foreign exchange (FX) strategist and macroeconomist with more than 12 years of specialized experience in foreign exchange markets and macroeconomic analysis, primarily within leading corporate and investment banking institutions in Asia.

Academically, Ken holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), one of Asia's leading institutions for economic research.
