Katherine (Kat) Lee is a seasoned securities services leader with 20+ years of experience across all facets of banking. She currently serves as Executive Director, Regional Head of Product Management, GCNA, Securities Services at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), overseeing product strategy and development across Greater China and North Asia. Prior to product, Kat was the Programme Director of Standard Chartered’s acquisition of RBC Investor Trust, which expanded the bank’s entry into MPF market.

Prior to Standard Chartered, Kat was a Senior Vice President at Northern Trust overseeing client management in North Asia which covered both asset owners and asset managers.

Starting her career in operations, risk management and investor servicing roles with State Street/Deutsche Bank and RBC in Australia, coupled with her Asia experience, Kat will provide practical guidance to mentors in navigating career progression in banking and the various opportunities available to young people. Mentees can learn from her relationship management, product management, large program management experience and how to navigate the changing dynamics within banking and finance.
